This website was constructed using Joomla 1.5 and the South East Scotland Scout Region Joomla 1.5 template.

The website is hosted by www.streamline.net they offer very competitive web hosting and a 50% discount for charities.

The template was developed by www.joomlashack.com originally and then hacked by the web developers in the South East Scotland Region. They have made the template freely available through the EScouts website http://escouts.org.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=7132.

The website is currently being developed by Alan Hogg

Behind the scenes this is a Content Management System so that selected users can write news stores and modify its content. 

Once fully up and running this website should prove to be a great resource for expanding the information available in the District. 

Once we have a record of all adults involved with Scouting in Moray we will be able to use the site to email everybody rather than relying on group contacts forwarding the information.
